Please welcome our newest addition ELVIS! He was foaled on 11/29/08 and suffered from dummy foal syndrome. He spent 6 days in ICU at Reata Equine in Weatherford where he has made a complete recovery. Click here to see more on Elvis
We are a small family farm located in Joshua, Texas. The Triple T comes from Mearl, Wendy & Stephanie. Mearl & Wendy have had a love of horses all their lives. Mearl & Wendy met at a high school rodeo in Ferris, TX in 1984. They dated just a few short months and married in March 1985. Their herd grew from Wendy's 2 horses & Mearl's horse to soon a herd of 6 horses. Stephanie came in 1987, where she was immediately riding unto the liking of the grandparents.
We purchased our first miniature horse in 2000 which is where it all began. We have shown AMHA horses every since and greatly enjoy the fellowship of the miniature horse world. They are one of the greatest breed groups we have found. We show our miniatures in halter, obstacle, jumping & costume classes. We do have a mini who drives and his name is Seagrams Seven.
We are also members of 2 equine rescues; one here in Texas - Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society. We were co-founders of this wonderful organization and together with our wonderful membership we have helped over 180 equines to date. And the other one is United States wide Chances Miniature Horse Rescue.
Wendy is a Certified Animal Cruelty Investigator after completing Level I, Level II & Level III thru the University of Missouri-Columbia, Law Enforcement Training Institute and Code 3 Associates.
We enjoy western pleasure riding along with trail riding, barrels and just plain fun on horseback.
